Chocolate Fondue- Compliments of John Gruver
Ingredients
| 1-1/4 Cup | heavy cream | | 14 Ounce | bittersweet chocolate, chopped |
| 2 Tablespoon | Godiva® chocolate liqueur |
Directions
In a saucepan over medium heat, bring heavy cream to a low boil, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, add chocolate and let stand covered for 3-5 minutes until chocolate softens. Whisk chocolate and cream, then stir in liqueur. Transfer to a fondue pot to keep warm. Serve with your favorite fresh-cut fruit or cake.
Experiment by trying different liqueurs like Baileys® Irish Cream or Frangelico.
Use your imagination! Dip pineapple, strawberries, oranges, banana, cherries, apples, brownies, pound cake, angel food cake, dried apricots, marshmallows, even bacon!
