The two are complete opposites of one another – oil is smooth and rich, while vinegar is tangy and vibrant – yet together they make the perfect combination for marinades, dressings, bread dips and much more.
When our Team Members went on a search for the very best in oil and vinegar for our bulk bar, they never knew that they would end up striking oil, so to speak. Fine olive oils and vinegars are the foundation of many a meal, and we pay great reverence to this culinary credo, especially when it comes to accenting fresh, local produce.
