Best of 2016 Wine & Spirits Dinner

Join us for a five-course dinner featuring some of the best wines and cocktails of 2016 expertly paired with signature dishes made from local foods. The evening begins at 7 p.m. with craft cocktails created by mixologist David Williams coupled with select hors d’oeuvres. Next, you will be seated for a culinary journey through 2016, featuring wines selected by our Wine Steward, Todd Rainer, and expertly paired with Executive Sous Chef Edward Yow’s menu. Finish with “A Tour Down the Champs Elysees” created by our Patisserie chef Pierre Giacometti and the sabering of fine Champagne to toast the end of a memorable year.
