  2. Confirm your delivery location.
  3. Select a two-hour delivery window:
    10 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m., 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m., 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
    • You must be home to receive delivery during the two-hour delivery window.

Coupons are not accepted for home delivery orders. We only accept online payments for delivery orders at this time. Your credit card will be charged when your groceries leave our store.

Orders must be placed by 11:59 p.m. for next day delivery.

Is delivery available in my area?

Curbside Express is launching home delivery in the South Hills of Pittsburgh and serves the following ZIP codes: 15102, 15228, 15234, 15241, 15243. More areas are coming soon!

What is the latest an order can be placed for next-day delivery?

Submit your order by 11:59 p.m. for delivery the next day.

How far ahead can I place an order for delivery?

You can place a delivery order up to seven days in advance.

How long is the delivery window?

We have a two-hour delivery window.

What happens to my order if I’m not home or can’t answer the door?

If no one is home to accept delivery the order will be cancelled.

Do you accept coupons for delivery orders?

While we cannot accept paper coupons for delivery orders, please take advantage of eCoupons and any available special offers that load to your Advantage Card.

How long will food stay fresh after delivery?

Perishable items will be chosen and packed the day your order is scheduled for delivery. Our rigorously trained Personal Shoppers handpick the highest quality, freshest products to fill your order — just like you would!

How can I change or cancel a delivery order that has been submitted?

From My Account, select Manage Orders. Find the order you’d like to change and click Change to edit the order. Add or remove the items you’d like, then simply place your order again! You’ll be assigned a new order number at checkout.

If you need to cancel an order go to My Account and select My Orders. Find the order that you'd like to cancel and click Cancel Order. There is no fee for canceling an order. If you’re no longer able to edit your order online, please call your selected Curbside Express location.

Is gratuity included in my Curbside Express order?

The services provided by our driver are part of your Curbside Express experience. Tipping is not required, nor is it accepted by our Team Members.
