What’s a “Dietitian Pick”?
These products are chosen by our Registered Dietitians because they possess the following better-for-you attributes:

  • They are low in saturated fat
  • Contain 480mg or less of sodium per individual food item and less than 600mg per meal-like item
  • Are a good source of beneficial nutrients such as fiber, vitamins A or C, calcium, iron, and/or protein

Dietitian Pick products meet the FDA’s definition of “Healthy” — foods our Registered Dietitians would pick for themselves!
