  • ½ seedless cucumber, peeled, seeded and shredded
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. dill, chopped
  • 2 tsp. mint, chopped
  • 2 tsp. red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt


  1. Drain liquid from cucumber by pressing through a fine mesh strainer.
  2. Combine all ingredients in small mixing bowl.
  3. Refrigerate until ready for use.
