Simply place your knife in one of our Market District knife sleeves — one knife per sleeve, no scissors or serrated blades, please — and give it to any Meat Department Team Member. Your knife will be professionally sharpened, honed and ready for pick-up in just 24 hours — razor sharp and lightning fast.
We’re happy to provide this service to help in making your culinary endeavors successful and safe. We ask that you wash your knife after sharpening, prior to use, limit your order to three knives per visit and note that we are not responsible for lost or damaged knives.
