- O Premium Vinegars
These cool California wine vinegars are aged with love and we carry four extravagantly delicate flavors:
- Champagne—Crisp & light with floral aromas and a delicate finish, this sparkling dryer artisan vinegar is made from champagne grapes nurtured in the cool coastal sunshine. Containing no artificial anything, it plays super nicely with a lemon sorbet. SOFI award winner, International Fancy Food Show NYC presented by the Specialty Food Association (the best of the best)!
- Aged Sherry—Lightly floral, smoky and oh-so-smooth, this vinegar is made with sun-ripened palomino grapes and aged slowly in toasted white oak barrels for intriguing hints of almond and apricot. Featured in a June issue of Cook’s Illustrated, O Sherry Vinegar “edged out the competition.” It pairs quite well with a variety of chocolate ice creams!
- Citrus Champagne— Fresh & bright with a sunny attitude, this crisp, dry, zesty vinegar is extraordinary on any of your fruit-based gelatos or sorbets. Possessing an elegant sparkle with a sunny California attitude, it’s also good splashed in tonic water for a spritzer!
- Fig Balsamic — Dark, lush and complex, this balsamic is brightened with a touch of ripe fig. Oak aged and thoughtfully crafted, try drizzled over vanilla ice cream topped with fresh strawberries! Multiple SOFI award winner, International Fancy Food Show NYC, presented by the Specialty Food Association (the best of the best)!
Daelmans Stroopwafel—This Dutch classic is not really a light and fluffy breakfast waffle, but rather, a wafer made with a rich smooth filling of buttery caramel and natural bourbon vanilla. Serve with or crumble over your favorite ice cream!
Torani Sauces — Featuring a thicker consistency than liquid flavoring syrup, this traditional Italian sauce is delightful to top ice cream, cheesecakes, and other homemade desserts. It’s also lovely blended into sweet frappes and adds just the right amount of decadent flavor to any coffee. Available in both Mocha Chocolate and Mocha Caramel.
Created in 1917 in Salisbury, North Carolina, the taste sensation known as Cheerwine has a mildly sweet flavor with strong cherry notes, most notably black cherry. It is burgundy-colored; and has an unusually high degree of carbonation compared to other soft drinks. Today, it is a favorite all over the nation while still staying true to its “Uniquely Southern” roots.
1 (12-oz.) Cheerwine
2–3 scoops of vanilla ice cream
Place cherries in the bottom of a tall glass and top with scoops of vanilla ice cream.
Slowly pour Cheerwine over ice cream. Top with whipped topping and another cherry.
Slide a straw into the glass and enjoy!
