Made in southern Italy by an old-world pasta expert (he is both the miller of the wheat and the maker of the pasta, so he has ultimate control over every step of the process), our Market District pasta is as Italian as can be. Moreover, our expert's "pastificio," or factory, is located near Puglia, a region known for growing the best hard-grain durum wheat.

The exceptional dough is extruded through bronze dyes to provide its signature texture. (Note the visibly rougher surface, which holds more sauce.) Then, it is slowly dried to retain its fresh, bread-like flavor and firm consistency — a must-have for a quality pasta dish.
