Chef Ben’s Salsas — Something a Little Different for Your Cinco de Mayo Spread!

This Cinco de Mayo, get the party going with classic chips and salsa, but not just the ordinary kind. For starters, nothing beats our Mexican-Style Tortilla Chips — nothing! Made using traditional techniques and simple ingredients like stone-ground corn, sea salt and a trace of lime, they are excellent straight out of the bag and clearly made for Chef Ben’s super salsas. Plus, they’re delicate, thin & crispy — a true chip lover’s choice.

Directions for Cucumber Salsa:

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, toss with a spoon until well mixed.

Directions for Watermelon Salsa:

Whisk together the red wine vinegar, salt & black pepper in a bowl, while drizzling in the olive oil to create a temporary emulsion.

Toss the rest of the ingredients in the dressing and allow to sit for at least 30 minutes for flavors to meld.
