Sweet & Tangy Apple Slaw with Blue Cheese & Walnuts

  1. Mix all dressing ingredients in a bowl; whisk together until smooth and blended.
  2. Pour the dressing over all of the slaw components except for the blue cheese and walnuts, then gently toss.
  3. Once the slaw is tossed, then add in half of the blue cheese and walnuts; gently toss again.
  4. Garnish the slaw with the rest of the walnuts and blue cheese.
