Beef Tandoori Spiced Flatbreads

On the stove, heat a large saute pan and add the olive oil. When the oil is simmering, add the garlic and potatoes and saute for 1-2 minutes. Add the ground beef, curry powder, garam masala and salt and cook until beef is fully cooked and registers 165°F as measured by probe thermometer.
To heat the flatbreads, either warm on the grill or heat gently in the oven. Remove the flatbread and sprinkle the spiced beef mixture on top. Top with freshly sliced sweet peppers and radish, then drizzle with hot honey. Sprinkle cilantro over top and enjoy!
