Cheese Crêpes with Orange Honey

Prep Time: 10-20 min.
Cook Time: 10-15 min.

Directions:

  1. In a sauce pan over medium heat, add honey, navel orange segments, juice and thyme.
  2. Cook honey mixture until syrupy. Season with salt and set aside.
  3. Mix Ricotta, Mascarpone, sugar and mint in a bowl. Spread evenly on one side of all the crêpes.
  4. Fold crêpes into quarters and place on a platter. Pour the honey syrup over, garnish with orange zest and serve.
