Directions:

  1. Combine veggies and olives in a bowl.
  2. Dress salad with oil, red wine vinegar, salt and pepper.
  3. Separate dressed veggies on 4 plates with a slice of Feta on top of each.
  4. Sprinkle with crushed oregano and serve with slightly charred pita bread.
