Grilled Apricots with Harbison, Pistachios & Balsamic Glaze

Prepare outdoor grill for direct grilling over medium-high heat. Brush apricots with oil. Place apricots, cut side down, on hot grill rack; cover and cook 3 minutes or until grill marks appear. Turn apricots; fill apricot halves with cheese. Cover and cook 3 minutes or until grill marks appear.
Top apricots with onions and sprinkle with pistachios; drizzle with balsamic glaze and garnish with dill.
