Honey Garlic Pork Chops with Sichuan Broccoli

Prep Time: 15 minutes plus marinating time
Grill Time: 10-15 minutes
For the pork, combine all ingredients to make a marinade. Generously cover pork with marinade and let sit for four hours up to overnight.
Preheat grill to medium heat or if using an oven, preheat to 425°F. Cook the pork chops for 10-15 minutes or until 155°F internally as measured by probe thermometer. Flip the pork chops halfway through cooking, glaze with any extra marinade while cooking.
For the broccoli, add oil to pan over high heat. Once simmering, add the broccoli and saute until crispy. Add garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and chili garlic sauce and toss to coat evenly. Remove from pan and drizzle with sesame oil to finish. Plate pork chops on top of broccoli, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and enjoy!
