Korean Barbecued T-bone Steak

Prep Time: 15 minutes plus marinating time
Grill Time: 10-15 minutes
1. In a small bowl, mix gochujang, garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, and seasoned rice wine vinegar together to form a paste. Place the T-bone steaks in a ziplock bag, then scoop the paste into the bag. Make sure the marinade completely covers the steaks, then let marinate a minimum of 4 hours and as long overnight.
2. When ready to cook, preheat a grill to medium heat-or if using charcoal start a chimney. Remove the steaks from the marinade and sear over direct heat until cooked as desired. Once finished, allow to rest and sprinkle with sesame seeds and scallions to garnish.
