Prosciutto Wrapped Chicken Breasts with Pesto Ravioli

Preheat the oven to 350°F and place a large pot of water on the stove to boil. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then set aside.
Carefully lay each slice of prosciutto out on a cutting board, then place the seasoned chicken breast in the middle. Wrap the prosciutto around the chicken breast, then place in an oven safe dish.
Drizzle the chicken with olive oil and bake until the chicken registers 165°F as measured by a probe thermometer.
While the chicken is cooking, boil the ravioli as directed on the package. Remove the ravioli once cooked and gently toss with pesto sauce and the sliced tomatoes. Place the finished pasta on a platter.
Once the chicken breasts are cooked, allow them to rest for 5 minutes and then slice them. Sprinkle the Italian parsley over top and enjoy!
