Slow Cooked Mirin Glaze Chicken Legs

Directions:

Coat slow cooker with cooking spray and add chicken.

In a small bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients (except for onions) and pour over chicken; toss to coat.

Cover, set to low and cook for 4-5 hours, turning to coat a few times. Internal chicken temperature must reach 165°F. Serve hot garnished with green onions.

Chef’s Tip: Prepare brown rice ahead of time; simply reheat and serve with steamed vegetables. Chicken falls off bone easily, making it perfect for Asian-style pulled chicken sandwiches!
