Summertime Salad with Grilled Chicken Breast and Fresh Blueberries

Fire a grill to medium heat. While the grill is coming up to temperature, season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and canola oil. Grill the chicken breasts for 10-12 minutes, or until 165°F as measured by a probe thermometer. Flip the chicken breasts halfway through cooking. While the chicken is grilling, also grill the corn and once done, set both aside for later use.
Assemble the salad by tossing together all remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Using a secure cutting board and knife, gently and carefully remove the cooked corn from the cob and sprinkle into the salad. Lay the salad on a large platter, then slice the chicken breasts and place on top to the salad.
