Summer Pasta Salad

In a large serving bowl, toss pasta with Greek Feta salad, pepperoncini, tomatoes and onion. In a separate bowl, combine Dijon, oregano and vinegar. Whisk together, slowly introducing olive oil in a steady stream. Continue to whisk together for another 1 to 2 minutes to completely incorporate. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately or refrigerate and allow to marinate for 2 hours, for best flavor.
