Thai Coconut Nature’s Basket Grilled Chicken Breast

- In a gallon-sized plastic bag, combine Thai paste, coconut milk, canola oil, salt and pepper. Add chicken breasts and coat. Place in large zip bag and refrigerate overnight, 8-12 hours.
- Preheat grill to medium-high and place chicken breasts on grill. Cook 2-4 minutes. Turn grill down to medium and cook until internal temperature of chicken reaches 165°F, about 6-8 minutes, turning chicken as needed. Remove from grill, cover and rest for 5 minutes.
