Thai Glazed Chili Pork Chops on Rice Noodles

Prep Time: 5 minutes plus marinating time
Grill Time: 15 minutes



For the pork, combine all ingredients to make a marinade. Generously cover pork with marinade and let sit for four hours up to overnight.

Preheat grill to medium heat or if using an oven, preheat to 425°F. Cook the pork chops for 10-15 minutes or until 155°F internally as measured by probe thermometer. Flip the pork chops halfway through cooking.

Once done cooking, allow pork chops to rest for 5 minutes. Slice and drizzle with sesame oil to finish. Season with additional salt and pepper if desired. Serve with your choice of vegetable and fresh steamed white rice and enjoy!
