Does Market District® offer a loyalty card?
Yes! Our Advantage Card is your ticket to getting more for your money! Sign up for an Advantage Card or add an existing card to your online account. Remember to scan your card every time you shop to take advantage of great weekly specials and to earn member rewards. This card can also be used at GetGo™ and Giant Eagle® stores, where available. Digital Advantage Cards can be accessed through the Giant Eagle App! Get it on Google Play or download it from the App Store.

Can I still get my favorite grocery items at Market District?
Absolutely. You can still fill your weekly shopping cart, as we carry the majority of everyday staples and favorites! In addition, we feature unique shopping opportunities in our charcuterie, cheese, bulk foods, housewares, freshly prepared food departments and more. We also have an extensive selection of international and specialty products that are not typically found in traditional supermarkets.

How do I use eCoupons?
Market District eCoupons provide you with instant, easy access to savings from your computer, iPhone® or Android device. Simply “clip” the eCoupons of your choice, and they’ll be added directly to your Advantage Card. The next time you shop and purchase those items, your savings will be automatically redeemed at checkout. Each eCoupon is only able to be redeemed once and cannot be doubled. You can have up to 90 digital offers loaded to your Advantage Card at any time.

How do I get the Market District eAdvantage Offer of the Week?
When you create a Market District account, you’ll automatically be enrolled to receive our Offer the Week, great savings loaded directly to your Advantage Card every Thursday! Just scan your card at the register to redeem the offer. Not sure if you’re signed up for Market District eAdvantage? Check your Account Settings!

Do you offer eReceipts?
Yes! It’s simple to select your receipt preferences. Visit your Account Settings and choose from our email options. Don’t have an account? Sign up today!

Do I earn rewards on all gift card purchases?
We offer gift cards from over 150 major retailers. As part of our rewards programs, you’ll earn on every $50 you spend on retailer gift cards. Please note that Giant Eagle, GetGo, Market District, table by Market District®, WetGo®, Visa® prepaid re-loadable cards and Visa NetSpend® Reload Packs are not eligible for rewards at the time of purchase. In participating locations, perks are earned when those gift cards are redeemed.

How do I order a ticket for a Guest Chef appearance?
Visit our Calendar of Events, and in the top left corner of the page, select your Market District location. This will take you to the events listings for that store. Once you’ve located the event on the calendar, click the link to the event detail page. Click the “Register Now” button, which will link you to the ticket registration page on There, you can follow the ordering instructions to reserve your ticket. Tickets are first-come, first-serve, and spaces fill up fast! We accommodate as many guests as possible in standing-room space, but you must have a ticket for autograph sessions.

Can I reserve a ticket for a Guest Chef appearance in the store?
While we encourage you to reserve your tickets online, you can also reserve a ticket inside the store by visit Guest Services, located near the registers at the front of the store. We will put your name on the guest list and reserve a standing-room ticket for you, as long as space is available.
